Cooking classes

Cooking classes are organised in the beautiful vaulted cellars of the castle.

With small groups from 8 to 20 participants of your own composition (friends, colleagues, members of a club…) you will discover tasty recipes based on foie gras and other ingredients sold in our boutique.

During a course you can even learn how to prepare your own foie gras dish and savour it at home.
