Tasting sessions of foie gras and other duck based products

lozerkasetel-degustationTasting sessions can be organized upon request for groups of 15 to 120 participants.

The tasting sessions are held in the garden if the weather permits, in the breakfast room or in the entrance hall of the castle in case of large groups.

Program :

- Powerpoint presentation on the history of foie gras, products and recipes.

- Tasting a glass of Pineau des Charentes and 3 toasts, followed by a glass of Sauternes with foie gras on toast.

- Possibility to buy the products that were presented during the tasting session.
